Spring is just around the bend!

Thanks to you, our loyal customers, Peterson's Valentine's
Weekend was the best ever! It was so wonderful seeing
people take the time to show each other love.

We are looking forward to spring and the great weather
that follows. To help set the mood for the season, new drinks
are in bloom at Peterson's... please treat yourself to our two
new house-infused vodka martinis, one featuring blackberry and
lavender, and the other ginger and lemon-grass.

Are you wondering, "what are tapas?" Tapas are finger
foods or heavy appetizers. The term originated in Spain
where tapas are served daily in every bar and café. Tapas
are so much a part of the Spanish culture and social
scene that the Spanish people invented the verb
'tapear' which means to go and eat tapas.

So please come and enjoy Monday nights in the bar
at Peterson's while enjoying our Tapas Menu!

Peterson's Wine Director selects a variety of wines each week,
including both classic and more adventurous varieties. These
selected wines are offered at reduced prices by-the-bottle and
by-the-glass, as well as complimentary tastings.
